The International Conference on Saline Resource Management in the Context of Global Climate Changes, organized by Dr. Muhammad Ajmal Khan Institute of Sustainable Halophyte Utilization, University of Karachi, in collaboration with Salim Habib University and the Nuclear Institute of Agriculture, Tandojam, was held from February 23 to 24, 2023, at Awari Towers, Karachi, and Salim Habib University, Karachi.

The conference featured multiple speakers of renown from both local and international universities.

Chairs of sessions at the conference included Prof. Dr. Aqeel Ahmad, Dean, Faculty of Science, Salim Habib University, who was also one of the organizers, and Professor Dr. Shakeel Ahmed Khan, Vice Chancellor, Salim Habib University. Notably present were Salim Habib University's Director Education & Admissions, and Marketing, HR & Admin, Dr. Muhammad Hussain Habib, and Faculty Members from the Department of Biosciences.
