The first meeting of all the leads of Bazm-e-BME, a society that aims to connect all Biomedical Engineering students, researchers, faculty members, and practicing engineers in Pakistan, was held at Salim Habib University (SHU) on Friday, October 20, 2023.

Present at the meeting were the Founder of the society, Syed Saim Ahmed, Co-Founder Khalid Mahmood, and Bazm-e-BME representatives and leads from the Sindh region.

From Salim Habib University, Dean Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. M. Zeeshan Ul Haque and Dr. Muhammad Hussain Habib, Executive Director Education, Marketing, HR & Admin, and the Advisory Board Member of Bazm-e-BME, graced the event with their presence, appreciating the dedication of the society towards Biomedical Engineering and encouraging its members to work with more zest and enthusiasm.

Team Bazm-e-BME was also taken on a tour of the SHU campus and its facilities.
